Find the optimal combination of strategy, division of languages, geo coverage and interests, so that the audience does not quickly burn out and we manage to collect the required number of applications from cleaners at an agreed cost.

HOW DID WE DO THIS?

Expanded geo coverage to all of Israel.

Launched ads conversion campaign with targeted language groups.

Launched ads conversion campaign with general target group of people speaking Hebrew and English.

Created lead forms.

Launching interest-based ad campaigns in Facebook for different target groups in 3 languages (Russian, Hebrew and English). We tested Conversion, Lead Forms and Traffic.

The additional peculiarity of the objective was that the client was actually looking not for employees, but for people who had or were ready to apply for legal business registration – Esek Murshe or Esek Patur. Potential candidates must have been Israeli citizens to apply for such registration.

As a result, the chances of successful conversion to cooperation were greatly reduced.
